  • Set up call - Basic contact info, scheduling, etc.

  • 30 minute intro to our AWS Cloud-Saver Team

    • Intro and backgrounds, business model and recent successes.​

    • Explanation of tools, methodology and content of the assessment​
  • On-boarding - After necessary paperwork (NDAs, etc.), less than an hour to connect to your environment.

  • 7 - 10 days - Assessment

  • Report - Online presentation of your spend and where the savings are. You decide if we move forward with a formal engagement.

  • Engagement - If you want to move forward with our AWS Cloud Saver Program, we will guarantee a 200% ROI, in writing. If we miss, we refund our fees and cancel the agreement.
